ALLEN WINS BOOKIE POOL, FINALLY GETS HIS RING!
Still haunted by the 1995 season when he missed first place by
just 3 dollars (and all those other seasons he took a drubbing),
Larry Allen finally shook the monkey off his back and snagged
the Bookie Pool Crown in the biggest blowout in Bookie Pool history!
Larry's final balance of $30,900 crushed the previous record of
$8225 set by yours truly in '93.

Records broken this year include Larry Allen for highest season-ending
play money balance ($30,900), Larry Allen for most play
money won /w single bet in a season ($20,600), and Kevin
Hale for most consecutive games picked correctly in a season (11).
Chip Connolly established a new career winning percentage mark
of .541.
Two Hall of Lame marks were established by Tim Sannes (seen below
celebrating) for most play money lost /w single bet in a season
($6400) and worst career +6 winning percentage
(.100).
Pat Mundy set the futility mark for most consecutive weeks in
last place (8). Al Buddy took no time in regaining control of
the career worst tie-breaker average of 12.9/game.
